Mazzolada Cabernet Sauvignon
Flat well drained ground, with dolomitic limestone and clay texture. Sylvoz style of pruning with an average density of 2,800 vines/ha. Vinification in red with selected yeasts. Macerated with the skins at 25-28°C for 10- 14 days, until it reaches the desired body and colour. It goes well with roasts, poultry, game and hard cheeses. To be served at a temperature of 18°C in large red wine glasses.
Intense ruby red wine, the scent is slightly herbaceous with hints of raspberry. The taste is harmonious, rounded and extremely refined.
