Brise de France Sauvignon
DescriptionBrise de France takes its name from the winds that sweep our country and is a reminder of the close relationship between vines and winds – winds that govern the rhythm of life in our vineyards and give the grapes their typicity. Brise de France is a range of 6 varietals French Wines: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cinsault, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat. Easy to drink, smooth and sweet fruity wines to enjoy on any occasion at any time of the year.
The grapes are harvested when fully ripe and destalked. They are left to macerate with their skins before in a pressing pneumatic press. The must is allowed to settle at low temperatures. Throughout the whole vinication process, temperatures are controlled to develop intense aromas typical of the variety. The fermenting juice is left on the lees to add richness and develop the aromas while conserving acidity and freshness. This wine is selected and controlled regularly by our wine makers.
A crisp, elegant white wine with aromas of citrus and exotic fruit. Have it with shellfish, lobster fish or as aperitif.
